So how do you go about getting a quote and whats the installation process?
1) First thing to do is either send us a email detailing your address so we can check if you have a south facing roof, or contact us by telephone 01274 568 536
2) We will send you an estimation of cost and if this is within budget will arrange to come and do a site visit
3) We will then send you a formal quotation and at that point you under no obligation to proceed
4) Should you want to go ahead, reply to the quote with your acceptance, we will raise an installation booking form and invoice then send it over to you to sign and return with the 25% deposit
5) Once we have your deposit we will order the goods, arrange for the scaffolding or access towers to arrive, then our installation team will come and install your choosen system
6) After the installation has been completed our team will guide you through the various features and talk you through the hand over manuel and answer any aftersales questions or quiries you may have
We use market-leading BP Solar panels and inverters from SMA, Fronius and Stecca to
go with our promise of long lasting quality products.
Solar PV systems are clean to install and there isnt normally too much disruption to your daily routine, but as with all domestic electric
improvements, there's an element of danger and they must be done by an accredited
and fully qualified professional, like a member of the SolarGro installation team.
